On the far left of the website, we could access upcoming races to bet on. The website’s middle was decked with the most popular horse races, best pools, and attractive sign-up bonuses.

Scrolling down the website, we were entertained with a text-headed Horse Racing Betting segment. Here, we had a quick evaluation of the platform’s overall experience. The features were easily navigable with related hyperlinks.

Mobile betting

We also enjoyed the mobile betting TVG offered. On mobile, we could bet on just any event, cutting across exotics to standard show pools.

Not too long ago, TVG thrilled its user base with a dedicated betting app. This mobile app is simultaneously compatible with the Android and iOS interfaces.

TVG’s customer support doesn’t disappoint. This customer care department is available for a phone conversation for at least 12 hours daily.

Should you fancy email correspondence, TVG is aptly responsive as well. A live session with a TVG customer support rep is only procurable via the TVG website. 

But you don’t always have to connect with a support agent. For more conventional complaints, TVG has curated a wealthy stack of FAQs and answers on its website. 

You could quickly skim through them and see that your question has already been sufficiently answered.
